If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, call us and we will promptly address the issue right away or at your earliest convenience.
Specifically, for Emergency Water or Sewer clean-ups, we do offer same-day bookings, even after-hours up until 10 pm.
However, for all other cleans, we require home visits for introductions and estimates before finalizing the booking.
Rest assured, your cleaner will arrive on time as scheduled. Our Cleaning Technicians are committed to being on-site promptly, always.
For all Emergencies, Large & Sensitive Cleans, a 50% deposit is required upfront.
However, for all other cleaning services, payment is expected on the same day after you have received and reviewed the invoice.
Our Cleaning Technicians come fully equipped with all the necessary supplies to ensure a thorough job.
To begin the cleaning service, we will discuss your specific needs. Based on that, we will develop a personalized plan for you and your home. Once we include you in our scheduling rotation, the process smoothly unfolds. We will arrive at your location, efficiently set ourselves up, and promptly commence cleaning work.
The number of Cleaning Technicians who will come depends on the size of your project and the level of expertise needed to ensure exceptional results. Generally, we deploy teams of two cleaners. However, if specialized projects necessitate a larger team, this will be determined during your initial site visit and discuss accordingly. Our goal is to deliver the highest-quality service tailored to your specific requirements.
There are certain items we do not clean, such as carpets, furniture, textiles, precious metals, or art pieces. These specific items require careful handling and should be entrusted to professionals who specialize in them.
